RED (he/they) is a trans theater maker, performer, designer, and enthusiastic gender-deviant.

 

RED's work examines trans narratives and experiences, not only through the lens of the human experience, but through the queering of objects and virtual space. RED's work cannibalizes pop-culture references, dumpster-dives into the bowels of the internet and scrapes the bottoms of trashcans and facebook marketplace to reify and reconstruct story outside of heteronormative constructs. Even in the midst of dark themes and topics, abundant joy is at the heart and soul of each creative endeavor
